Carlos Morales, Executive Director - Growing up in the bustling streets of Camden, Carlos's childhood was a tapestry of challenges and opportunities. In the heart of WaterFront South, he witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by his neighbors, but he also experienced the warmth and resilience that bonded the community together. Raised by a single mother, Carlos's life was shaped by her unwavering determination and the life-changing opportunity she received, all thanks to a benevolent figure named Father Michael Doyle.

Father Michael Doyle, a beacon of hope in Camden, saw the potential in Carlos's mother and offered her a lifeline through an organization that aimed to uplift the local community. That opportunity, like a ripple in a pond, set in motion a series of events that would change the trajectory of Carlos's life forever. He fondly recalls the selflessness and empathy displayed by Father Doyle, whose influence inspired him to give back to the community that had given so much to him and his family.
