Heart of Camden Launches the Catch the Wave Neighborhood Plan Process at the WFS Fall Harvest Fest!

On Saturday, October 30th the Heart of Camden launched its Catch the Wave Neighborhood Planning process with its first annual Fall Harvest Fest!  In addition to planning activities, residents enjoyed food trucks, a bouncy house, the Melanin Market vendors, and great music. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the festivities!
