The Easter Bunny Visits MJD Fieldhouse

The Easter Bunny hopped on over to the Michael J. Doyle Fieldhouse Gym on Saturday, April 9th, to spread cheer and drop off candy filled eggs! Thanks to the generosity of Jacklyn Barnes, Maureen Travers, and Jackie Kirchhoff, neighborhood children enjoyed arts & crafts, face painting, and hunting for plastic eggs! The youngsters ate a delicious lunch courtesy of Gita’s Mobile Cafe and got their portraits drawn by a local caricaturist. It warmed our hearts to hear one little boy exclaim," This is the best day of my life!”. Special thanks to Katie Kirchhoff and Holly Walker for helping the Easter Bunny spring to life.
